Our mission is to attend to the health care needs of our patients with respect and compassion, utilizing prevention and education.

Dr. Frisch started her internal medicine practice in Anaheim Hills in 1995. The practice has grown through recommendations of patients to family members and friends. To deliver a high quality of medical care the office has engaged additional practitioners:  Terisa Sienko, C.F.N.P. (1998), Bernadine D'Eramo, C.F.N.P. (2001), Caren Chen, MD (2004), Misty Rydelski, MD (2006), S. Kumar, MD (2006), Dina Douglas, C.F.N.P. (2007), Sarah Apollo, DO (2007).

Electronic medical records were introduced in 2001 to utilize the most current technology available to enhance patient care. Additional services have been added over the years, bone densitometry, non-invasion cardiology, nutritional services (Janet Frazier, P.H.D.), and dermatology (Sharam Yashar, M.D.). To meet the needs of our patients: we see patients age 12 and over. We offer excellent medical care for each of our patients.

Effective April 1, 2009 Dr. Caren Chen your primary care physician will no longer be affiliated with St Joseph IPA. Please consider the following options:

1. Continue with your current insurance and change your primary care doctor to Dr. Donna Frisch with Monarch Medical group. This allows you to continue as a patient in our office. This requires you to call your health insurance and notify them of the change to Dr. Donna Frisch with Monarch Medical Group.

2. Continue with your current insurance and change your primary care doctor to another physician affiliated with St Joseph IPA if you want to continue with the same hospital. This requires you to call your health insurance and notify them of your new primary care doctor.

3. Change you HMO insurance to a PPO or straight Medicare which would allow you to continue to be seen at our office and select St Joseph Hospital as your hospital.

If you don't do anything your insurance will randomly assign you to a primary care doctor and IPA. Please call our office if you have any questions. Your may also review the web sites for Monarch and St Joseph IPA.
